Shipping Terms & Conditions: The $75 qualification is based on your merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before tax is added. Free shipping only includes shipments made to addresses within the continental United States, except as otherwise noted for orders that reach a higher minimum order total. SunLeaf reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday are generally packaged and shipped within 2 business days. During periods of high volume, it may take longer to process and package your order for shipment; it is our desire to provide transparent information with regard to shipping and handling times, and if you would like to check on the status of your order, you can always contact us using the phone number or e-mail address provided below:
How will my order be shipped?
Each order is shipped via the most economical method available, generally USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. SunLeaf reserves the right to select an appropriate shipping option at its discretion, based on the specifications of the order.
Can I ship to an address that's different from my billing address?
When you purchase your SunLeaf Naturals items through the online store, at check out, you are able to enter separate shipping addresses directly into the SunLeaf Checkout cart.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No, not at this time.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to Post Office boxes.
Is it possible to change my order after it's been placed?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. If you would like to make a change to or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel or modify it; it will need to be returned via US mail should you need to make any changes.
What if an item is out-of-stock?
We make a good faith effort to ensure that product availability on our online store accurately reflects availability of items in inventory; occasionally, high order volume will result in a product being temporarily out-of-stock. In this event, if it is anticipated that the item(s) will become available within 48 hours, your order will be held until it can be shipped in its entirety. If an item will be out-of-stock for longer than 48 hours from the time your order was received, your order will be shipped without the item(s) that are out-of-stock, and you will only be charged for the items that were available to ship. We do not backorder items on our online store.
It is our desire to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and if you didn't love an item, we want to hear from you and make it right. With your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily.
Do you accept product returns?
Yes – we accept returns within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for products that are less than 50% used.
What if I want to make an exchange?
If you would prefer to exchange, rather than return, an item, you may also do so within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
